This wine is produced from grapes of which 55% are Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2010 harvest 35% are Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot from the 2011 harvest.  The wine is aged  approximately 38 months in French Oak barrels then an additional year in the bottle. This wine exhibits an elegant full bodied structure as well as of dark fruit, coffee and tobacco. The distinctive qualities are pronounced due to the single mountainside vineyard and cool climate of the Judean Hills in which they were grown. The wine has not been clarified or filtered to preserve its natural flavors and aromas.
