This 100% Syrah wine is the result of our efforts to grow the best grapes year after year and to preserve the purity and softness of the fruit. Our Syrah grapes are grown in the Ben Zimra and Dishon vineyards in the Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate, and yields are kept extremely low. When ripe, we carefully hand harvest the grapes in the early morning hours and make sure they arrive at the winery in perfect condition. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak, and then left to rest for an additional 10 months in our cellars.
