Odem Forest Red Blend '21

A superb blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Syrah. The grapes that are used for this wine grow at the vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. Moderate temperature, plenty of Israeli summer sunlight, unique microclimate for this area, allows the grapes to ripen beautifully.

Tabernacle '20

Betzalel Levit showcases  Syrah (50%) and Merlot (50%) blend. These were aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. This wine has a deep, rich color and will continue to develop and expand for the next five to six years and beyond. Ripe red berries, dried tobacco leaves, and elegant French oak, are accompanied by more subtle floral notes.
