One of the estates run by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, this wine is solid and rich. The Moulis appellation, with its blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, presents a spicy, juicy wine and full of black-currant fruits. Drink from 2026.

Nana Tethys

Harvested relatively late in the growing season this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (86%), Syrah (9%),Petite Verdot (3%), Petite Syrah (2%), Shows intense flavors of chocolate, black cherry and white pepper. Aged if frech oak for 18 months.

Yarden Merlot

This Yarden Merlot offers up a complex array of characters including ripe berries, hints of fresh herbs, nuances of earth and layers of rich oak, elegant vanilla bean, and just a whisper of orange peel and cocoa. This fairly heavy-bodied wine possesses a satisfying richness of flavor. While already enjoyable, Yarden Merlot will improve with a few years of age and remain in good condition for a decade or so. We love Yarden Merlot with lamb, be it braised in a rich stock along with plenty of cumin and a touch of saffron or chops, hot and smoky. Duck and goose also make good flavor partners.
