Vineyard, a certified sustainable vineyard which is located at an elevation of 3,400 feet in the northern Golan Heights. The Bar’on vineyard features both flat
plains and a moderate southwest facing slope, planted on a mix of basalt and tuff soils with excellent drainage. Bar’on was planted in 2009 with the highest quality
vines coming from the winery’s propagation block and ENTAV-INRA-licensed nursery
