The 2013 Katzrin Red is made from 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 5% Malbec, and 4% Petit Verdot sll from vineyards on the Golan Heights, the viratels were aged seperatley for 18 months in new French oak, after blending the wines were aged for a further 6 moths in the same barrels, for a total of 24 months of barrel aging.

Tasting notes: ripe cherries and plums on the nose; pipe tobacco, earth, spice, dark chocolate, meat, smoke, black tea on the palate.
