The grapes for this wine were night harvested from vineyards situated in the Upper Galilee. Most of the juice was barrel fermented in French oak and the balance in stainless steel tanks. Matured for a period of about 8 months sur lie, the wine is straw in color with lovely green tints and a crisp aroma of green apples, melon, and roasted almonds. It is full bodied, with a long well balanced aftertaste.
