Shiraz grapes were harvested from the Kayoumi Vineyard in the foothills of Mount Meron. After fermentation and an extended length of time of skin contact, the wine was matured in French oak barrels for a period of 14 months. In order to preserve its full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
