Reviews - Naturaly sweet wine with no addition of alcohol or sugar. Fresh grapes collected at a late harvest with 25 probable alcohol content (sugar). The process consists of anaerobic vinification and continuous movements in a closed system. 15 months aging in tanks. Bottled in November 2007. Released after 6 months in bottle.
