Produced entirely from Merlot grapes grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitude that are unique to the region. Five months aging in primarily American oak barrels results in a wine that balances ripe berry and orange peel characters with attractive vanilla and oak notes.
