40% Cabernet Sauvignon,40% Merlot, and 20% Malbec. Metzuda winery was opened in 2011 in a tiny crumbling room in Jerusalem’s Bukharan quarter, and released its first vintage of 1,500 bottles in 2013. Complex aromas and flavors abound with black cherry, , earth, leather, and tobacco. Aged for 12 months in French Oak, and will continue to age for at least 5 years in the bottle.
