The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Argman is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for three months. Medium red in color, this wine shows rich, fruity aromas and has a mid-bodied palate with dark plum and citrus finish.
