Winemaking Notes: The grapes are handpicked in the Manara Vineyard in the Upper Galilee. They arrive at the winery and are destemmed, pressed and sent to ferment in French oak barrels. This wine is aged sur lies for nine months. This preserves its flavors and the inimitable Chardonnay aroma.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a golden hue, with a taste of white grapefruit and aromas of stoned fruits like yellow plums and peach. The wine is rich and full-bodied, with balanced acidity and a rich, long, mineral aftertaste. It’s a wine particularly suited to accompany dishes such as creamed Gnocchi and pasta, seawater fish and smoked salmon
