This wine is a blend of Grenache Noir and Marselan from bush vine dry farmed vineyard grown in the Sharon. It exhibits a deep ripe red color with aromas typical of the Grenache variety: red cherry, strawberry with hints of mint and floral notes. The wine was aged for 10 months in oak barrels without being fined or filtered. as a result, over time, natural sediments may appear which will not affect the quality of the wine. Pairs well with grilled meat, fish, and cheese. Stored properly, this wine will continue to develop over the next 5-8 years.
