Harvested relatively late in the growing season this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (86%), Syrah (9%),Petite Verdot (3%), Petite Syrah (2%), Shows intense flavors of chocolate, black cherry and white pepper. Aged if frech oak for 18 months.

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon

The complex, rich Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon shows layers dark chocolate ripe blackcurrant, and plum fruit notes with coffee, spice, earth, toast and opulent oak. The sumptuous, intense flavor lingers on and on. While immediately pleasurable, Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 18 months in French oak and will continue to improve for many years and will age elegantly for ten to fifteen years from the vintage.  Drink with a good beef dish, such as roasted prime rib, served with pan juices mixed with a bit of reduced Cabernet Sauvignon.
