If there is a problem with your order, or with the wine you received, please call, or email us and we will correct it.
If we request that you return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in their original shipping material to ensure a safe return. We will send you a label to place on the box and arrange pick up for the merchandise. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the returned items will be inspected. If the return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Please note that you must return the original bottle, whether or not any of the wine was consumed. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery, we will apply credit for the wine minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charge. You would be responsible for payment of the return shipping charge.
