“Damaged Labels” We have started to carry damaged labels, and you can save a lot of money (on average 15%-20% off what you would normally pay) please read the following to understand how this program works and what we warrant. Damaged Labels mean that the labels may be scratched, stained, in some cases almost completely missing, the cap/foil may be scratched or partially peeled, however you will always be able to see what kind of wine it is and the cork will always be covered. In addition to this, the vintages are frequently not current however the wine is always drinkable. If you wish to know what the vintage is, PLEASE call before ordering and we will tell you if we know. We cannot take back a wine because you were expecting a more current vintage, for these reasons we are able to offer a substantial discount on these wines. If you have a problem with damaged labels as far as the wine is concerned, please send us a note as to what the problem is as well as pictures.
Purchases and Special Pricing

In case you missed a sale or you just made a purchase and we started a sale on an item that you bought and would qualify: If it was bought in the last week, or you bought it within 3 days of the advertised end of the sale, although we can’t guarantee it, in most cases we are able to offer the sale price or discount in the form of credit to your account or a coupon for an equal or larger value than the sale discount. This is at our discretion.
Packaging and Gifts
At Onlinekosherwine we provide memorable gifts for colleagues, friends, and family. As a gift, our orders are shipped without any purchase information, such as receipts or invoices. Please write your gift note info in the comments box. Wines are packed in specially designed and certified bottle shippers that cushion each bottle and protect them from damage during shipping.
All of our wines are stored in a climate-controlled environment and we take great care in checking the condition of the wine we purchase. If you receive a bottle that is spoiled, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we will offer a replacement or credit for the price at our discretion. If you do receive a spoiled bottle, please save the full bottle until you have contacted customer service because we will need it returned to our location. We must be notified within 30 days from the time you receive your wine of any spoilage.
All wines over 10 years old unless otherwise noted are at the buyer’s risk. We reserve the right to correct price or other errors by canceling orders
All packages are shipped via Fedex or UPS. State laws prohibit wine shipments to Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah and Virginia.
Most Ground packages are shipped out within 48 hours, although during holidays or busy seasons we reserve the right to extend shipping times. Express packages are shipped out the following business day unless the customer has requested otherwise. Shipping times are listed in business days: weekends and holidays do not count towards shipping time. For normal Ground shipments, allow 3-6 business days to receive your order after it has been processed. When your order is shipped, an email with the tracking numbers is sent automatically to the email address on your account. Once your order is given to Fedex or UPS you are responsible for contacting Fedex or UPS for service requests or delivery instructions.
If delivery is required before a certain date, please note this in the customer comments section of the order or contact us to see if we are able to accommodate. We do not ship packages outside of the United States, to FPO/APO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Please be aware that Fedex and UPS deliver Monday through Friday and in some locations on Saturday and Sunday as well. All packages with products containing alcohol require an adult 21 or over with a valid government-issued ID to sign for the package. This need not be the addressee of the package: anyone over 21, such as a leasing office agent, doorman, or neighbor can receive the package. If you think this might be a problem, we strongly encourage you to use a work address for shipping. Fedex and UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts, after which the package will be returned to us. Packages returned to our location due to failure to obtain an adult signature require an additional shipping charge for re-shipment. Additionally, Fedex and UPS charge us for returned packaged - both for sending and returning to us. We would have to pass those charges on to the customer.
Wine can be damaged by temperature extremes. It is your responsibility to advise us what temperatures are in your area. We reserve the right to hold your shipment during extreme weather conditions. During the hottest or coldest parts of the year, it is common for us to delay shipments until the beginning of the week to prevent packages being stored over the weekend in Fedex facilities. Please be aware, however, that we cannot be held responsible if you request shipment and the wines travel in a climate outside an acceptable temperature range.
Vintages/Out of Stock
All wines listed are subject to availability. An order may be processed before the vintage can be changed or an out of stock situation can be noted. Please be advised that vintage changes and out of stock situations are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make appropriate vintage substitutions when necessary. You may request we notify you before making any vintage substitution by writing “Do Not Sub” in the customer comments section on the order page. We will then contact you if necessary.
Please be sure to look over your order confirmation and notify us of any changes or cancellations immediately. Orders may be packaged and shipped as early as 2 hours after an order has been received. Once an order has been packed for shipping, we cannot guarantee a cancellation without restocking fees applying.
We will accept a return of any wine that is unopened. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
ALL ALCOHOL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD IN PENNSYLVANIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN PENNSYLVANIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Pennsylvania. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing this order with your credit card, check, or cash, you authorize us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping this order, including engaging in a common carrier to deliver your order. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Due to our policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION.
