Weiss Winery 28 Blend '21

This flavorfull Weiss blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon(55%) Cabernet Franc (38%) and Syrah (7%) delicate Aroma of black fruits with hints of earth & cloves, pleasant astringency with good acidity and balance of oak. The sumptuous, intense flavor lingers on and on. While ready to drink now, Weiss 28 will continue to improve for many years and will age for at least 10 years from the vintage. Excellent with beef and any other flavorfull meat dish.

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon

The complex, rich Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon shows layers dark chocolate ripe blackcurrant, and plum fruit notes with coffee, spice, earth, toast and opulent oak. The sumptuous, intense flavor lingers on and on. While immediately pleasurable, Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 18 months in French oak and will continue to improve for many years and will age elegantly for ten to fifteen years from the vintage.  Drink with a good beef dish, such as roasted prime rib, served with pan juices mixed with a bit of reduced Cabernet Sauvignon.
