Merlot is one of the famous varieties of the great wines of Bordeaux. It produces red wines with great character in our northern Galil vineyards. This Merlot has a deep ruby color, a bouquet of ripe cherries and fresh ground pepper, and velvety soft tannins that complement pasta, cheddar, and meats.
