Barkan Superieur Cabernet Sauvignon is justly considered as Barkan's best wine. Individual barrels from three vineyards in the Upper Galil and the Golan Heights were selected and blended. They then underwent an additional period of aging in new oak barrels to further enhance the wine's structure.  Deep oak resins, black cherry, crushed basil, cassis, plum , and eucalyptus on the nose. Sweet plum, cassis, fresh coffee, sweet chocolate, oil of pepermint, and nuances of Anisette.
