In honor of the 70th anniversary of the State of Israel and the 95th anniversary of the Binyamina settlement, the Binyamina Winery has created a series of wines for the colony. The wine is produced entirely from Merlot grapes from vineyards in the Galilee and the Golan Heights. A moderate-ripe harvest kept the wine’s freshness and a brief maturing process added to its pleasant complexity.
