My wife is a fan of “kiddish wine” to accompany suppers composed of any meat. Although I’ve tried to expand he appreciation of alternatives, she’s a dyed-in- wool devotee. I find it interesting that she can distinguish among my suggested alternatives, and appreciate better ones and those of lesser quality. She just loves Carmel King David Sacramental and remains loyal to it.
