This elegant powerful blend of five grape varieties grown in Israel, each of which was aged separately for seven months then blended and aged together for 8 months in French Oak. When opened it’s tightly wound with overtones of black pepper, leather and coffee on the nose. On the palate you enjoy an exquisite balance of tangy purple fruit, sweet apple and melt in your mouth sweet chocolate, with an unforgettable long long finish.
