This is a tribute to the first original luxury bottle of wine produced in Israel, which was released by the Carmel Winery in 1976. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from select vineyards in the Galilee.  Noted for its deep purple color and complex, elegant profile it exhibits rich aromas of dark cherry, rich bittersweet chocolate, and red fruit, balanced with hints rosemary and white pepper. This full-bodied wine is characterized by a long, balanced finish, representing a top-tier offering from the winery.  Matured in oak for 14 months.
