This is a tribute to the first original luxury bottle of wine produced in Israel, which was released by the Carmel Winery in 1976. Forty years later, this exclusive bottle of wine was created from prize Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Upper Galilee. For this significant project, Carmel's winemakers selected eight of the finest oak barrels to age the wine for 15 months. Following its bottling, this momentous wine was aged for a further two years in one of Carmel's historic cellars before its release.
