The 4 Vats series is based on Mediterranean grape varieties, which are exceptionally well suited to Israel's climate. This wine is a blend produced from 25% Marselan, 25% Argaman, 25% Carignan, 11% Grenache, 10% Caladoc, and 4% Chardonnay. Aged for 8 months in large 5,000 liter oak foudres which added to the complexity of the wine, whilst retaining a fruity, spicy character.
