In 2018, we determined that our Cabernet Sauvignon from the Golan Heights was exceptional—far too exciting to be blended away. And so we kept the best lots separate and in barrel until bottling earlier this year. Like fine Cabernet Sauvignon everywhere, this wine shows beautifully structured tannins framing a complex array of flavors redolent of cassis, blackberry, herbs, vanilla and toast.
