This dry red wine is a result of our efforts to grow the best grapes year after year and to preserve the purity and softness of the fruit. Our grapes are grown in Dishon vineyards in the Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate, and yields are kept extremely low. When ripe, we carefully hand harvest the grapes in the early morning hours and make sure they arrive at the winery in perfect condition. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak, and then is left to rest for an additional 10 months in our cellars.
