Flam Noble is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Merlot and Syrah sourced from our very best plots in the Dishon & Ben Zimra vineyards (Upper Galilee) and Mata (judean Hills). The grapes were carefully selected and hand-harvested in the early morning hours from old low-yielding vines. The wine was aged 20 months in new French oak

Flam Noble is a blend of grapes, sourced from our very best plots. The grapes were carefully selected and hand harvested in the early morning hours from old, low crop vines. Delicately perfumed, the nose shows ripe fruit complimented by good oak spice and a light green note. On the palate the fruit is bright, concentrated and balanced by a lively fresh acidity. The spicy notes are elegant and the tannins well rounded, silky and soft. The finish is long and complex. The wine was aged 16 months in new French oak barrels.
