The Herzog fmaily, perfectly coupled with the Padis famly- whose desire to create the finest Cabernet Sauvignon led them to the hillsides of Napa’s Oak Knoll District. This wine is truly an exquisite example of combining the finest wine making skills with beautifully grown and hand selected clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Padis estate vineyards.The wine offers rich aromas of black cherry, tobacco, and cedar. On the palate, bold notes of ripe plum and dark cherry melt into hints of toasted almond and vanilla.
