Gilgal Syrah was produced from Syrah grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety. Aging in French oak barrels for twelve months balances out the classic smokey blackberry and earthy characters of the Syrah grape. Best served at 65-70 F
