Dry red wine: Only two harvest of Pinot Noir were issued in our winery, 2004 and 2005. This small and unique vineyard was destroyed before the harvest 2006. Grown at high elevation (800 meters) in the mountains surrounding Hevron, the wine was fermented in a small open vat and then aged for 26 months in new French oak barrels. This rare wine offers aromas of ripe raspberries with complex flavors dark berries, smooth vanilla and spices.
