Dry Red wine, 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Shiraz, 10% Cabernet Franc. Produced from the best grapes of select sections in Yosef Sayada's vineyard.complex texture. After being fermented separately, the 3 varietals were blended and aged is aged for 12 months in in French oak barrels. The wine has a deep purple color, full bodied, spiced with a rich taste of red fruit and has a long pleasant finish.
