This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc from the Upper Galilee mirrors those characteristics. Rich and full flavored, with elegance and complex middlemount feel and a long finish. The wine was aged for 30 months in French oak barrels and offers layers of flavors and aromas, such as raspberries, plum, mint, cocoa and chocolate.
