The sun-drenched vineyards in the Soreq Valley produce high quality grapes for the Mony Estate Vineyards. This 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petite Syrah is produced from grapes grown on our estate vineyard. This wine was fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for three months. Medium red in color, this wine shows rich fruity aromas, and has a mid-bodied palate with flavor of fresh herbs, and lemon with a long finish.
