Noah Petite Sirah hails from the foothills of the Jerusalem Mountains, south and east from Jerusalem near Beth Shemesh. This silky wine features forward fruit along with spices aromas, vanilla, plum and chocolate notes from French Oak barrels (3 months). Open and decant at least a half hour prior to drinking. Best served  with roast duck, lasagna, curry dishes or tuna steak.
