Odem Mountain's 1060 Cabernet Franc Organic takes its name from the winery's elevation — 1,060 meters up in Israel's Golan Heights, the country's highest and northernmost estate. Cabernet Franc from the Har Odem series comes from our organic vineyard in Tsavoun. The wine has a bright, opaque red color, aromas of cedar, licorice, and a hint of vanilla, and the taste is peppery, raspberry, and blueberry. The wine is full-bodied and round, accompanied by a delicate astringency and a long finish.
