French Blend- Cabernet Sauvignon 32%, Cabernet Franc 28%, Merlot 23%, Petit Verdot 17%. The Mount Meron vineyards in the Upper Galilee are planted at an average of 760 meters above sea level. Grapes were harvested from various vineyards on the mountain, characterized by "straining vines". These unique conditions combined with growing methods and low water, allow the vines to produce high-quality fruit. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested, and when they reached the adjacent winery were carefully chosen and underwent supervised fermentation. This precision led to superb extraction. The blend combines four noble varieties- 20 months aging in French oak barrels retained original fruit flavors.
