This exclusive wine of the winery is made in a limited quantity from a unique combination of four noble grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot), selectively harvested from the northern slopes of Mount Meron. Careful, dedicated care and personal attention yielded perfect clusters that underwent rigorous grain sorting, cold soaking and controlled fermentation. This careful selection resulted in excellent extraction, which then aged for 40 months in fine French oak barrels. The wine has undergone a long period of refinement in the bottle and will continue to thrive in the next decade. It is a deep burgundy, with shades of purple and delicate orange on the edges. It exhibits spices, chocolate, cloves, dried black fruits in a rich blend of quality oak and "Old World" aromas on the nose. Full flavor, soft to velvety, complex, delicate and fresh on the pallet with a long and memorable finish. An impressive, harmonious and unique wine, which is worthy of accompanying a fine meal and is suitable for rich and flavorful dishes.
