Pale shiny gold with glint of silver. Very expressive on the nose with fresh, sharp aromas of lemon with floral notes, with a tantalizing hint of oak. The palate has a exquisist structure and balance, with hints of white peach and minerality. The wine was aged on its lees and spent 13 months in oak, of which 20% was new, before bottling.
