Castel Petit Castel - 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.-Domaine du Castel is an estate west of Jerusalem at an altitude of 24 ft. The vineyards are planted at a density of 67 vines per hectare and produce very small yields. The grapes are handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 16 months in French oak barrels.
Galil Mountain Alon - Deep dark purple in color, the wine displays prominent aromas of purple plum, mulberry, blueberry, and raspberry jam on a seasoned background of cacao, allspice and honey characters, along with a touch of mint and toasted oak. A full-bodied wine with well-balanced flavors and a pleasant, long-lasting finish.
