Cave de Tain Crozes-Hermitage

Of all the appellations, Crozes-Hermitage is undoubtedly sets Cave de Tain apart from all the rest: it alone produces nearly 50% of the appellation. This vintage is no exception, it is fresh and fruity red, with succulent aromas and ripe red plum, black fruit and  white pepper. Generous on the palate, allowing you to lose yourself in a  plethora of delicious nuances with a  long and fresh finish of delight.  Another winner for the Cave de Tain!

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon

The complex, rich Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon shows layers dark chocolate ripe blackcurrant, and plum fruit notes with coffee, spice, earth, toast and opulent oak. The sumptuous, intense flavor lingers on and on. While immediately pleasurable, Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 18 months in French oak and will continue to improve for many years and will age elegantly for ten to fifteen years from the vintage.  Drink with a good beef dish, such as roasted prime rib, served with pan juices mixed with a bit of reduced Cabernet Sauvignon.
