Cuvee Hautes Terres

This special Hautes Terres cuvée , produced in AOP Listrac Médoc by Château Fourcas Dupré , is a modern version of its Grand Vin. It has all of the characteristics of the red wines of the region.

Opens with some notes of coffee, vanilla and chocolate to give a full mouth feel and fairly long finish.

Domaine du Castel Grand Vin

Domaine du Castel is an estate west of Jerusalem at an altitude of 2400 ft. The vineyards are planted at a density of 6700 vines per hecture and produce very small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 20 months in new French oak.

Full-bodied, bold, concentrated, and with layer after layer of aromas and flavors that linger on. Look for currants, cherries, plums, and spices on the palate, with hints of cedar.
