Odem Forest Red - A superb blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Syrah. The grapes that are used for this wine grow at the vineyard in the northern Golan Heights. Moderate temperature, plenty of Israeli summer sunlight, unique microclimate for this area, allows the grapes to ripen beautifully. This wine is not mevushal.
Yarden Hermon Red - Yarden Hermon Red displays strong notes of ripe red and black fruits, alongside hints of fresh herbs. Delightfully drinkable, Mount Hermon Red has good body and wonderful flavor.
Mount Hermon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc, all grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Moderately early pressing yields a wine with good color and ample fruit that can be enjoyed without extensive aging.
