Psagot Blanc de Blanc is the first sparkling wine in history to be made using the age old Méthode Champenoise, from grapes grown on Israel’s central mountain ridge, in terroir almost identical to that in France’s Champagne region, the birthplace of champagne, which beautifully reveals the uniqueness and strength of the soil and the local terroir.

The grapes for this wine were hand harvested at night from the finest plots of our highest quality chardonnay vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The Blanc de Blanc started fermentation in stainless steel, where it aged for 6 months, then underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle in the traditional Champagne
