Winemakers Notes: Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are destemmed and gently crushed. After fermentation in tanks and pressing, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels. This exceptional red, matured 18 months in new French oak, is produced from a selection of the harvest's finest quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A percentage of top Merlot grapes contributes further complexity. Captivating aromas of build into an opulent palate of ripe berries, spice and lush, velvety tannins.
