This wine was produced solely with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand from Shiloh's most selected vineyards. This wine was aged mainly in French barrels for a period of 15 months, resulting in its complexity and elegance. The color is a shiny yet deep purple red, and its aromas evoke fresh black fruit, blueberries and cassis, with green pepper notes. The bouquet is delicate with scents of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate echoes black fruit, raspberry, blueberry and plums. Its richness in tannins gives it a long and pleasant finish. This wine pairs best with stews, roasted meat and aged cheeses. aging for a few years will further enhance its quality.
