Essence Cabernet Sauvignon is a product of select vineyards located in the Upper Galilee. Each of the vineyards has contributed its dramatic character that led to the creation of a complete, deep and harmonic wine. Following 18 months maturation in oak barrels, the final blend is dark and concentrated with raspberry, blueberry and plum fragrance, as well as roasted oak, coffee and soil. The wine's texture is heavy and rich and tastes of ripe fruits.
