100% Sangiovese, This Grand Selection wine, made exclusively from hand-picked and carefully selected Sangiovese grapes, was aged in French oak barrels for 24months, during which time it reached a balance of richness and complexity of taste and smell. It is pleasantly intense, fruity and spicy, slightly balsamic on the nose, velvety and persistent in the mouth. Aeration is recommended before serving.
