COLOR: Very light straw with a slight green hue. NOSE: Forthcoming grassy and tropical fruit flavors. PALATE: This dry unwooded wine has a crisp acidity with a well rounded fruity mid-palate. WINE MAKING: After destalking and crushing of the grapes the juice was mevushal and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for two months, racked and filtered prior to bottling. FOOD: Will complement fish and chicken dishes.
nThe result is a Sauvignon Blanc of discernible quality and taste.
